The train of copper "El Chepe"
In service for 50 years, the only passenger train in Mexico connects the state of Chihuahua in Los Mochis on the Pacific Ocean. You will go through, amongst other places, the beautiful Sierra Madre mountains and Canyon of copper, as well as the Arareko ecotourism park. Of course, you can make a few stops on your way and take the time to discover this area and the Tarahumara people who live there.

San Miguel De Allende is one of the many colonial cities of Mexico: 300 years under the yoke of the Spanish government have without surprise left their marks. History and architecture enthusiasts will appreciate this town, amongst others, with baroque influence. Taxco, Morelia, Campeche are a few other examples of beautiful colonial cities.

Baja California Peninsula
Spit of land in the far west of the country advancing in the Pacific Ocean to create the Gulf of California (Sea of Cortés), Baja California is a great region providing travelers many natural, cultural and historical attractions (place of sixteenth century expeditions). The sea and the ocean are never far away and invite you to participate in water sports: surfing, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, etc.
On the Pacific Coast, for stunning beaches and good surf, Puerto Escondido and its surroundings are the place to go. Once you are there, you need to take this opportunity to visit the coffee plantations in the vicinity where you can apparently find one of the best coffees in the world: the Pluma Hidalgo.
