Village Monde Fundraising-Défi Escaliers

The Village Monde team is taking part in the 2024 Stair Challenge, organized by Je cours QC! On June 15, we’ll be taking on the challenge of running 9km up various staircases in Quebec City to raise funds for the organization.

Support us by making a donation! You can also sign up to run with us, or come and cheer us on at the trackside on June 15.

Your donations will be used to offer the workshop-conference “Groenland 66 77: une aventure portée par les vents, entre réalité climatique et résilience” to all teens from Maisons des Jeunes members of the Association des MDJ de Chaudière-Appalaches during a day-long gathering organized by the regional animators.animatrices.

This workshop addresses the issues of eco-anxiety and resilience posed by climate change. The aim is to inspire and train young people to take a positive approach in the hope of a better future, and to turn them into enlightened leaders through education, involvement and entrepreneurship within their communities. This initiative is part of our global citizenship and environmental education program.
